Field House Project

The Field House project involved the environmental cleanup and site preparation for the construction of three new apartment buildings. Western Wrecking first completed the removal and management of historical mill tailings across the site, addressing legacy mining impacts and preparing the property for redevelopment. Following the remediation work, the site was capped with more than 50,000 tons of clean material to establish a stable and compliant building platform. 

Our team then installed new utilities and performed the mass excavation, grading, and roadway preparation necessary to support the upcoming vertical construction.
