Demolition, Soils Remediation
Fort Logan Hospital Demolition
The Ft. Logan project involved the demolition of more than 50,000 square feet of existing structures and the environmental remediation of over 4,000 cubic yards of asbestos-impacted soil. Western Wrecking carefully sequenced demolition and remediation activities to safely remove structures while preventing disturbance or migration of contaminated materials. The project required controlled excavation, regulated material handling, and coordination with environmental oversight to ensure all impacted soils were properly managed and disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations.
Western Wrecking was selected for our ability to integrate structural demolition with environmental cleanup, allowing the site to be safely prepared for future redevelopment.
