Sophia Apartments

The Sophia Apartments project involved the installation of storm sewer, water, and sanitary sewer infrastructure to support a new multifamily residential development. A key challenge of the project was constructing utility crossings beneath a primary roadway while maintaining traffic and protecting existing infrastructure. Work was also performed within an active construction site alongside earthwork, concrete foundation, and framing crews, requiring close coordination and careful sequencing to avoid delays and maintain site safety.

Western Wrecking was brought in for our ability to efficiently install critical underground utilities while working within complex, multi-trade construction environments.
